The standard hire period for a Traditional Wedding is 3 hours, which includes the 30 minutes travelling and preparation time. Additional times require individual quoting and should be paid for in advance. Any additional time not notified to us prior to day and paid for will be charged at £50 per hour or part thereof.
The standard hire period for a Civil Ceremony / Special Occasion is 1½ hours which includes the 30 minute travelling and preparation time. Any additional time not notified to us prior to day and paid for will be charged at £50 per hour or part thereof.
Prices quoted are correct at time of confirmation and are subject to change at any time without notice The client is responsible for supplying the correct dates, times and addresses a minimum of two weeks in advance of the function / wedding day
Once availability is confirmed, the vehicle will only be reserved for a period of 7 days to allow for the booking form and deposit to be submitted. Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit and completed booking form have been received
The £75-00 deposit [made payable to W Milner] should be paid at time of booking and the full outstanding balance together with any additional charges must be paid no later than 1 month prior to the wedding day. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstance
We will endeavour to meet deadlines, however we accept no responsibility for delays however caused, e.g. unforeseen extreme traffic conditions and restrictions to vehicle access at any location
In the event of any internal or external damage being caused to the vehicle by the client, the client's guests or any other party, the client will be liable for the repair costs in full
The driver may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or in the drivers' judgement are unfit to travel. No smoking, confetti, food or animals are permitted in the vehicles
The maximum number of passengers to be carried at any one time must not be exceeded. In the event of a breach of this agreement on the part of the proprietor, it is agreed that the liability of the proprietor shall not exceed the fee, except where such limitation is not permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977
Bookings are accepted only on condition that the client understands and accepts the above Terms and Conditions, which come into effect upon signature hereof and the payment of the deposit
